The Wedding Day Run Sheet Support Package is perfect for couples who don’t require an On The Day Coordinator but would still love some professional guidance when creating their wedding day timeline.
Whether you already have a run sheet that needs reviewing or you would like one created for you, I can help bring all the important details together into one clear and easy to follow document for you, your wedding party and your vendors.
When you choose this package, I will:
Arrange one meeting of up to 60 minutes, either virtually or in person, to discuss your wedding day plans and important timings.
Create a personalised and detailed wedding day run sheet, or review and improve your existing run sheet.
Help plan the timing of key moments, including vendor arrivals, getting ready, the ceremony, photographs, reception entrances, speeches, dinner, cake cutting and your first dance.
Add your confirmed vendor details and contact information to the run sheet.
Identify any timing gaps, clashes or important details that may have been overlooked.
Provide advice and recommendations to help your wedding day flow smoothly.
Provide vendor recommendations if you still need help finding the right suppliers.
Include one round of changes once you have reviewed the run sheet.
Provide email communication throughout the run sheet process.
Supply your completed run sheet as a PDF, ready to share with your venue, vendors, MC and wedding party.
Please note that this package does not include contacting or managing vendors, collecting information directly from vendors, attending your rehearsal or being present to coordinate your wedding day. All confirmed timings, contact details and wedding information must be provided by the couple.

On The Day Wedding Coordination
Introducing the On The Day Wedding Coordination Package.
You've planned every little detail leading up to your big day, and now it's time to make it all come together with the On The Day Wedding Coordination package!
Your dream day deserves an extra dose of awesome, and the On The Day Package is here to make that magic happen. If you choose this package, I will meet with you eight - ten weeks before your big day to discuss everything you need and ensure your day goes off without a hitch.
When you choose this package, I will:
Wedding Coordination for up to eight hours on your wedding day (additional hours available at $100 per hour).
Manage the schedule on the day to make sure everything is timed perfectly.
Help create your run sheet along side you.
Manage any inquiries or issues that may arise on the day.
Help with all the little details including, but not limited to, arranging transport for the couple on the wedding night, making sure all the wedding gifts and accessories are packed safely, making sure the cake is stored properly the night of, making sure the polaroid cameras are full of film at all times etc.
Vendor recommendations and support if needed.
Provide unlimited email communication.
Arrange one meeting (virtual or in person).
A rehearsal at the venue.

Style & Coordination Package

I’ll step in wherever you’re at, help you work through the remaining details and make sure nothing important has been overlooked. You can still enjoy being involved in the planning while having someone alongside you to guide the process, keep everything organised and take some of the pressure off.

Whether you’re after a full bar experience, a curated cocktail menu, or champagne moments like towers or welcome drinks, we make sure everything runs smoothly behind the bar.
With us there, you can focus on your guests and the atmosphere, knowing the drinks are taken care of.
When you choose Pour It Fuller, we will:
Provide experienced bartenders based on your guest count and service style
