You've planned every little detail leading up to your big day, and now it's time to make it all come together with the On The Day Wedding Coordination package!
Kick stress to the curb and let the magic flow as I take the reins on your wedding day, ensuring everything runs as seamlessly as possible. With me by your side, soak up those precious moments, relish in the memories, and watch your love story unfold without a single hiccup.
Your dream day deserves an extra dose of awesome, and the On The Day Package is here to make that magic happen. If you choose this package, I will meet with you six weeks before your big day to discuss everything you need and ensure your day goes off without a hitch.
When you choose this package, I will:
Supply a Wedding Coordinator for eight hours (extra hours at $100 p/h).
Manage the schedule on the day to make sure everything is timed perfectly.
Help create your run sheet along side you.
Manage any inquiries or issues that may arise on the day.
Help with all the little details including, but not limited to, arranging transport for the couple on the wedding night, making sure all the wedding gifts and accessories are packed safely, making sure the cake is stored properly the night of, making sure the polaroid cameras are full of film at all times etc.
Provide unlimited email communication.
Arrange one meeting (virtual or in person).
A rehearsal at the venue
This package is $1,500. The price will vary depending on the scale, location, guest count and complexity. Please reach out for more details and any extras I can provide.
